Our story

Started by people who watched businesses outgrow software that wasn't built for them.

SOiTA started after watching the same pattern play out across a dozen businesses: owners investing in enterprise software, using a fraction of its capability, and still handling the rest manually late into the night.

We set out to build the opposite — AI and IT support sized for a five-person team, priced like it, and set up by people who answer the phone. No procurement process, no six-month rollout, no dashboard you need a manual to read.

Today SOiTA plugs into the tools businesses already run on — inboxes, POS systems, calendars, spreadsheets — and quietly takes the repetitive work off their plate.

What we stand for

The values behind every letter of SOiTA

S

Simplify first

If a fix adds a new tool to learn, it's not the right fix. We remove steps before we add features.

O

Optimize what exists

We start with the systems you already pay for and make them work harder, rather than selling you new ones.

i

integrate quietly

The best automation is invisible. It should feel like your team got faster, not like you adopted new software.

T

Transform gradually

Real change compounds. We ship small, working improvements every week instead of one big launch.

A

Accountable delivery

Powered by IT & AI means someone is responsible when it breaks. That someone is us, not a support ticket queue.

Where we differ

The AI gap we're here to close

Most AI tools today are built by tech companies, for tech companies — brilliant at drafting a message or summarizing a document, but rarely reaching the operational core of how a business actually runs. That gap shows up in the numbers: the majority of companies are already investing in AI, yet only a minority report seeing the return they expected. We built SOiTA to close that gap — not with another chatbot, but with AI that takes on the repetitive, operational work itself, in every field, not just tech.

We don't think AI should be reserved for companies that already have an engineering team on staff. It should be a utility — as ordinary and available as a business bank account — built into how any business runs, regardless of size or sector. That's the shift we want SOiTA to be part of, and one we believe can help power the next stage of India's economic growth.
